It seems you cannot look at a talk show on TV or go on the internet today without hearing the praises of the Acai Berry. Of course, there are those who are hesitant to try this new natural weight loss aid, for fear of the side effects that it may have. As you read this article, I am sure that your concerns will be lessened.

Before we start this discussion, we might want to look at what a side effect is. This would be an action that a substance or drug has on a person other than the action we are taking the substance or drug for. Doctors some times will prescribe a drug for its side effect and not for the original purpose the drug was designed for. Older anti-depressants would be a great example of this. The older anti- depressants make a person sleepy (a side effect). Doctors will prescribe them to people to help them sleep. They do this because they are non addictive and reasonably safe.

We can take a look at coffee for instance; some people are very sensitive to this drink. Most of the population drinks it to help them feel more energetic, some people get jittery and nervous from just a small cup. That would be a side effect of coffee or drinking too much coffee.

We should all be aware of any side effect anything we put in our body will have on us. A side effect is not unlike an allergic reaction, some people have a serious side effect from eating cheese, drinking milk, eating peanuts, or eating shellfish. Now these are serious side effects of these substances that these people experience.

The Acai Berry has been in use by the natives in the Amazon jungle for years. They use the berry for its healing qualities. They claim it can cure illnesses, help in digestion, and help them to look younger. We have now found that the pure acai berry is helpful in losing weight, building a strong immune system, and giving us added energy throughout the day.

What about the acai side effects? If we were to drink the juice for a social drink, one side effect would be the decrease in appetite that the juice causes. There is a definite decrease in hunger after one has consumed a bottle of the juice. If the berry was prescribed for weight loss in this example, it would be prescribed for its side effect of curbing hunger.

In this same instance, the extra energy that the berry gives you when you drink it would also be considered a side effect. Even though it is a good side effect as the energy is all natural and very beneficial to people with a busy lifestyle.

Because of the sudden popularity of the Acai Berry for weight loss and health reasons, there have been many studies and tests done. In these tests and studies there have been no harmful side effects discovered.

The final results of the studies that have been done are that the Acai Berry has no harmful side effect and to the contrary, have proven to be quite healthy for a person to consume on a regular basis. You will lose weight and not be hungry, you will have plenty of energy and feel good and on top of that, you will look younger.

Go ahead and try the Acai Berry juice and experience the many health benefits of acai berry, the side effects are limited and seem to be good and healthful for you.

Around 2004 Americans were starting to become aware of the little Brazilian acai berry. In the time since, television and the Internet have been swamped with acai offers. These herbal health products and supplements are plentiful. The buzz about them has been so loud in fact that many people are unwilling to jump aboard this speeding bandwagon, regarding it as nothing but the latest health fad. If you have been waiting for all the hype to subside and wait until the final verdict is in, then the wait is over. All you have to do is consider a few of the basic ingredients known to be in the acai berry – essential fatty acids, dietary fiber, and antioxidants – if you know anything about nutrition this should be enough to convince you.

Acai berries do contain antioxidants just like red and purple grapes. It seems the darker the color the more levels of antioxidants and the acai berry is a very dark purple fruit and has a very unique taste some have compared to a blend of unsweetened chocolate and berries. Can you think of a more delicious blend of flavors? Just this alone is enough to make anyone want to try it. And the health benefits are real. Antioxidants have been proven to reduce the oxygen free radicals within our bodies. You may be familiar with the famous French Paradox – low incidents of coronary diseases yet high consumption of red wines – attributed to the antioxidants in the red wine.

Much of the claims you hear about the benefits of the acai are a result of the antioxidants in this berry. If we do not have enough of these in our system we could suffer from what is called oxidative stress. Free radicals in our bodies are actually natural, the result of cell metabolism, but if we accumulate too many free radicals they can damage our cells. This can lead to various health problems such as diabetes, cancer, even coronary heart diseases. If we regularly supplement our diets with antioxidants they will neutralize the excess oxygen free radicals and help to boost our immune system by healing our cells.

Another wonderful ingredient in the acai are the polyunsaturated fatty acids. These nutrients are so important to us that our bodies are actually capable of producing them from other compounds. But there are some fatty acids our bodies cannot produce, these are the essential fatty acids. Acai berries contain some of the same essential fatty acids found in olives. The only way our bodies can get these essential nutrients is by directly eating them. Polyunsaturated fatty acids can lower our cholesterol levels which in turn improves blood circulation, lowering our blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart diseases.

Like all fruits the acai berry contains its own special makeup of natural dietary fiber. This is another source for the health claims made about this berry. It has long been known that the average American diet is low in fiber. This is the result of mass consumption of processed and fast foods. Insufficient fiber in our diets can result in improper digestion and lead to obesity as well as contributing to digestive problems such as irritable bowel syndrome, constipation and hemorrhoids.

There are still uncountable plants on our Earth that have not been tested for their herbal and medicinal ingredients. It should come as no surprise to anyone that discoveries like the acai berry are still being made today. The little Brazilian acai berry is a wonderful discovery for the herbal and health communities. We may not have direct access to this little fruit but what we have right now is an abundance of acai supplements and herbal products. Removing, concentrating and preserving the natural potency of the acai berry is a very difficult and delicate process. Maximum Acai Power is your best source for this new discovery, giving you the choice to try it first before you buy. What have you got to lose?

If you have been trying to decide whether or not you want to get acai berry supplements, you may have come across a few free acai berry trial offers. While it may seem, at first glance, like a great way to test the product before you spend your money, you need to be aware of a few things first. In order to avoid getting scammed and possibly being charged a substantial amount of money, you owe it to yourself to read up on how scam companies operate. More importantly, you need to know what to look for so you don’t become a victim yourself.

Whenever a popular product releases, especially a product that is easy to fabricate or produce cheaply, scam companies are going to do their best to get a piece of the money buyers spend. But they certainly aren’t going to do it lawfully. They bait their hooks with tasty offers like free acai berry trials and dangle their lure in the waters, just waiting for someone to bite. And when someone does, they end up in a whole world of trouble.

There has been a documented case not too long ago where a lawsuit was filed against a well-known company which, a group of customers claimed, conned them into buying products they never placed an order for. It turns out that these customers actually registered for free acai trials but they ended up “subscribing” and paying for the other products that the company also sells. They were shocked at the unknown charges on their credit card bills and when they attempted to cancel their subscriptions, they were put on hold without anyone getting back to them. In the end, the court ruled in favor of these swindled consumers and the company was ordered to pay $350,000 back to customers. But not all stories end so well for the buyers.

The chances of a scam company being able to pay you back are quite slim so your best course of action would be to avoid these types of offers altogether. If something in your gut tells you a deal seems too good to be true, it’d be wise to heed it because in most cases, it is. The truth of the matter is, a high quality supplement like acai berry pills, can’t be just given away for free. Unless an outright condition is given like a free bottle with a 6-month order, it’s likely that a caveat is hidden in the fine print.

However, these are just the actions of a few scammers out to make a quick buck, and in no way do they represent the industry as a whole. There are a number of companies out there that are producing a great product, and it would be a shame to let a couple dishonest individuals stand between you and a great way to boost your healthy lifestyle. If you really want to check out acai berry supplements, its best to just shell out the price of one bottle of pills than to risk your entire pay check with a free acai berry trial.

Acai berry diet supplements can be very beneficial to to maintain your good health and general well-being but don’t fall for those free acai berry trial offers! A “free” offer may be tempting, but you’ll pay for it dearly in the end. Just like mom used to say, “If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.”
